FEDVIP 2025 Open Season

Delta Dental competes with 10 other insurers to attract and retain federal government and military employees and retirees at “Open Season” (open enrollment) every year. In 2025, my team created the “We Took an Oath” campaign to speak to our target audience’s commitment to service.

The Result
The campaign helped contribute to a 10 percentage point increase in market share for the 2026 plan year.
